Dry Skin Brushing

We all know our skin is the largest organ of the body, and it plays a vital role in eliminating toxins and built up waste. I have recently read that healthy skin eliminates about a half a kilogram of waste products every day! What! Poor circulation can cause clogged pores (clogged with dead skin cells and other debris), in which can remain in the body. 

This is where dry skin brushing can assist! It helps exfoliate and invigorate the skin, increases blood flow to the area, bringing with it nourishment and oxygen. It prevents and reduces cellulite as it aids in the removal of accumulated toxins under the skin, which can cause that dimpled appearance. HOW TO (always brush toward the heart)

Always choose a good quality, natural bristle, dry skin brush.

1. Brush underneath and on top of feet, up each leg from ankle to hip, upward over bum and up the back, tummy in clock-wise direction, palms and tops of hands, up each arm, wrist to shoulder and shoulder towards heart.
2. Shower
3. Finish with cold rinse for added circulatory benefits.
